Reputzo is operated by Ellul Solutions Ltd. This page explains what happens to information submitted on this site.

What we collect and why

What you type into the worksheet stays in your browser and is never sent to us. If you write to us we hold your name, your email address, your agency name and what you tell us. If you open an account we hold that account, your client locations and the review requests they send.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you buy from us and what your clients' requests produce stays with us and our processors (hosting, messaging, payments). We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to anybody else, and no lead broker sits behind this site.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@reputzo.com. We respond within one month.
