What this service is

Reputzo is review collection software published by Ellul Solutions Ltd and we are the vendor: the worksheet on this site works its figures on the page and is free to use with no account.

How we are paid

Reputzo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It sends review requests under your own brand, tracks the replies and keeps the rating history per client location, and exports the record. It renews monthly until cancelled from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Reputzo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Reputzo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The index lists the worksheet on this site with the worked answer it produces, so it can be read or downloaded in one place.

No warranty

The worksheet works arithmetic from the figures you enter and from the reviews a profile already carries and the rating they average to. It is a projection, not a promise: whether a rating actually moves depends on customers we do not control, and neither we nor you may buy, gate or remove a review to help it along.
